About the Role

Are you an Automotive Sales Executive looking for an opportunity to maximise your earnings selling high-quality used BMWs, with a realistic OTE of £57,000 and the opportunity for top performers to earn £70,000+?

In this role, you will guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry and showroom appointments through to finance discussions, test drives and vehicle handovers. You'll build lasting customer relationships, achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding buying experience while representing one of the world's most recognisable automotive brands.

This role would suit a Car Sales Executive, Automotive Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive, Retail Sales Executive or Motor Trade Sales professional looking to maximise their earnings within a successful BMW dealership.

Responsibilities

The Role

  • Sell approved used BMW vehicles
  • Manage enquiries through to handover
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Discuss finance and protection products
  • Build repeat and referral business
  • Maintain CRM and sales records
  • Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

The Person

  • Previous automotive sales experience
  • Prestige experience not required
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Target-driven and commercially minded

  • Full UK Driving Licence
