About the Role

Are you a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager, Fleet Sales Manager or Automotive Sales Manager with experience leading a commercial vehicle sales team, looking to join one of East Anglia's leading Ford dealerships where you can drive business growth, develop key fleet relationships and progress your career with an award-winning motor group? 

On offer is the opportunity to join a long-established, family-owned dealership representing one of the UK's leading commercial vehicle brands. Working within a successful Ford Pro Transit Centre, you'll play a key role in growing commercial vehicle sales, developing SME fleet accounts and leading a successful sales team while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and genuine long-term career progression.  

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Commercial Vehicle Sales Executives while driving new business across SME fleets, key accounts and local businesses. You'll oversee sales performance, customer retention, F&I performance and Ford Pro connected services, working closely with marketing and senior management to maximise commercial vehicle sales across the region. 

This role would suit a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager, Fleet Sales Manager, Van Sales Manager, Business Centre Manager, Automotive Sales Manager or Commercial Sales Manager with experience within commercial vehicles, fleet sales or automotive retail looking to join a market-leading dealership. 

Responsibilities

The Role

  • Lead the Ford Pro Transit Centre sales operation
  • Manage and develop a team of Commercial Vehicle Sales Executives
  • Grow SME fleet and key account business
  • Develop long-term customer relationships
  • Drive commercial vehicle sales, profitability and F&I performance
  • Promote Ford Pro connected vehicle solutions
  • Work closely with marketing to generate new business
  • Norwich-based, Monday-Friday
Requirements

The Person

  • Commercial vehicle sales experience
  • Previous sales management or team leadership experience
  • Strong business development and account management skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Commercially driven with excellent leadership ability
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Commutable to Norwich
