National Sales Manager (Food & FMCG)
Are you a National Sales Manager, National Account Manager or Business Development Manager with experience winning new business within the food, FMCG or grocery sector, looking to play a key role in launching exciting brands into major UK retailers and wholesalers?
On offer is the opportunity to join a fast-growing food importer and distributor with ambitious expansion plans. This newly created role will see you take ownership of opening new national accounts, building strategic customer relationships and helping drive the next stage of the company's growth, with a clear progression route into Sales Director.
In this role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, wholesale, convenience and foodservice markets, presenting products to buyers, negotiating listings and promotions, and working closely with internal teams to deliver successful customer launches.
This role would suit a National Sales Manager, National Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, Commercial Manager or FMCG Sales Manager with a proven track record of winning new accounts and launching brands within the food or consumer goods sector.
The Role

The Person
- FMCG or food sales background
- Experience opening new national accounts
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Commercially driven and target focused
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Commutable to Potters Bar
