Ecommerce Marketing Manager (Content & Growth)

About the Role

Are you an Ecommerce Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager with experience growing D2C brands, looking to take ownership of marketing strategy and shape the future growth of an established ecommerce business? 

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing consumer ecommerce brand where you'll work directly with senior leadership and have genuine influence over content, customer acquisition and the wider marketing function. This is not a role where you'll simply inherit a strategy and maintain it; you'll be expected to bring new ideas, challenge existing approaches and identify opportunities for growth. 

In this role, you will lead ecommerce marketing strategy with a particular focus on short-form content, influencer marketing, email and customer engagement. You'll work closely with existing teams and external agencies, shaping creative direction, improving marketing messaging and identifying gaps within the function as the business continues to scale. 

This role would suit an Ecommerce Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Head of Ecommerce Marketing or Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a strong D2C background who understands what makes consumers engage, click and ultimately buy. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead ecommerce marketing strategy

Requirements

The Person

  • Strong ecommerce or D2C marketing background
  • 6+ years' digital marketing experience
  • Experience with short-form content and creative strategy
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing
  • Understanding of consumer and advertising psychology
  • Strong copywriting and email marketing knowledge
  • Strategic, commercially minded and full of ideas
  • Able to operate independently at a senior level
