Ecommerce Executive (Shopify / Consumer Products)

About the Role

Are you an Ecommerce Executive with Shopify experience, looking to take ownership of day-to-day ecommerce activity within a growing consumer products business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a fast-growing company that develops and launches its own consumer brands. You'll play a key role in managing the online store, improving product performance and supporting the continued growth of ecommerce sales.

In this role, you will manage and optimise the Shopify website, oversee product listings and merchandising, support promotional campaigns and analyse online performance. You'll also work alongside the wider team on paid social and social commerce activity across platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

This role would suit an Ecommerce Executive, Shopify Executive, Ecommerce Coordinator or Digital Marketing Executive from a retail, consumer products or product-led ecommerce background looking for a varied role with genuine progression.

Responsibilities

The Role

  • Manage and optimise the Shopify website
  • Maintain product listings and collections
  • Improve online merchandising and customer journeys
  • Support promotions and product launches
  • Monitor ecommerce performance and online sales
  • Support paid social and social commerce activity
  • Work closely with marketing and operations
Requirements

The Person

  • Ecommerce or digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on Shopify experience
  • Consumer products, retail or ecommerce background
  • Understanding of paid social and social media
  • Commercially minded and analytical
  • Organised and proactive
  • Commutable to Rugby
