Campaign Manager (Digital Marketing)

About the Role

Are you a Campaign Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Executive or Performance Marketing Executive with experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, looking to take ownership of lead generation and customer growth within a fast-growing fintech business? 

On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious company transforming how businesses offer flexible payment solutions. Working alongside an experienced marketing team, you'll lead high-impact acquisition, retention and brand campaigns while helping shape the next stage of the company's marketing strategy. 

In this role, you will manage integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, content, social media, email and partnerships to drive customer acquisition and engagement. You'll analyse campaign performance, optimise ROI and collaborate with designers, digital specialists and external partners to deliver measurable business growth. 

This role would suit a Campaign Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager with experience running integrated marketing campaigns and a commercially focused, data-driven approach. 

Responsibilities

The Role

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage paid media, content and lead generation activity
  • Drive customer acquisition and partner engagement
  • Optimise landing pages and campaign performance
  • Analyse campaign data and marketing ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the Cheltenham office)
Requirements

The Person

  • 3+ years' marketing or campaign management experience
  • Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns
  • Paid Media (PPC, Paid Social or Performance Max) experience desirable
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Commutable to Cheltenham
