£25,000-£30,000 (OTE £40,000-£50,000+) + Uncapped Commission + Incentives + Company Pension + Free Parking + Career Progression

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing commercial finance brokerage where you will learn the foundations of sales, lead generation and commercial finance while working within a fast-paced, energetic and highly rewarding environment. With uncapped commission and strong earning potential from day one, this role is ideal for someone hungry to develop and progress.

In this role, you will focus heavily on outbound activity, speaking with business owners across the UK, generating opportunities, qualifying leads and passing deals across to senior brokers within the team. You will play a key role in driving new business opportunities while developing highly valuable sales and commercial skills.

This role would suit a Sales Development Representative, SDR, Lead Generation Executive, Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive or ambitious individual looking to break into a high-growth sales environment.

The Role

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity
  • Speak with business owners regarding funding requirements
  • Qualify and pass opportunities to senior brokers
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage pipeline activity and follow up leads
  • Work towards realistic monthly KPIs and targets
  • Learn commercial finance products and sales processes
  • Office-based role in Corby

The Person

  • Highly driven, ambitious and money motivated
  • Confident communicator with strong people skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and generating opportunities
  • Target-driven mindset with strong work ethic
  • Sales experience beneficial but not essential
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing business
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred
  • Ideally located within commuting distance of Corby
