About the Role

£26,000–£30,000 (OTE £50,000–£60,000) + Uncapped Commission + Flexitime + On-Site Gym + Casual Dress + Career Progression   

Are you a driven Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or Lead Generation professional who enjoys creating opportunities, speaking with people and building relationships, looking for a role with genuine earning potential and long-term progression? 

On offer is the opportunity to join a rapidly growing specialist consultancy helping commercial property owners unlock substantial hidden tax savings through a unique surveyor-led approach. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you can build a sales pipeline, develop your commercial skills and become a key part of the company's growth journey.    

In this role, you will proactively contact property owners and businesses, identify and qualify opportunities, manage your own pipeline and work closely with the wider team to convert opportunities into successful instructions.       

This role would suit a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, Telesales Executive, Lead Generator, Appointment Setter or proactive sales professional looking to develop within a growing business environment. 

The Role

  • Proactively contact property owners and businesses to introduce services
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and enquiries
  • Book consultations for surveyors and senior team members
  • Follow up leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity
  • Hybrid role based in Swansea

The Person

  • Previous sales, telesales, business development or lead generation experience
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and creating opportunities
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Organised with strong communication skills
  • Positive approach and willingness to learn
  • Property, finance or tax experience beneficial but not essential
  • Based within commuting distance of Swansea
