Operations Manager (Warehouse & Distribution)

About the Role

Are you an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Operations Manager with experience within an ecommerce or product-based business, looking for a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of warehouse distribution, stock control and fulfilment within a fast-growing company?

On offer is the opportunity to join an ambitious business that designs, develops and launches its own consumer brands. With continued growth across ecommerce, you'll play a key role in leading warehouse operations, improving stock accuracy and fulfilment processes, and helping shape the next stage of the company's growth.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing inventory, inbound stock, Amazon FBA and order fulfilment while leading a small warehouse team. This is a genuinely hands-on role where you'll work alongside the team during busy periods, assist with goods-in and stock movements when required, and ensure products are distributed accurately and efficiently to customers.

This role would suit an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager, Distribution Manager, Fulfilment Manager or Warehouse Supervisor looking to join a growing ecommerce business where they can make a genuine impact and progress into a senior operational leadership role.
